Maple Plaza – Amenity Space

Another great example of flexible and creative space for office campus conference rooms. Tishman Speyer provided their clients some amazing and functional meeting areas that will quickly create one large, two smaller conference rooms or a wide open space for large office gatherings. SAA Interior Architects selected some very beautiful finishes throughout this project. The black trim for the Moderco Crystal 44 STC acoustic glass looks great and contrasts beautifully with the bright white finishes of Moderco’s Signature 52 STC operable partitions. The unique layout uses a parallel stack along the back wall when the rooms aren’t divided with paired panel glass along the front bringing in the light. LAH Builder’s brought the project together well with great oversight from CM Partner’s as construction manager.
